Hon. Zakari Ilyiasu, the Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) in Niger State and National Financial Secretary of ALGON, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims across the state and beyond for successfully completing the holy month of Ramadan.
