Rt. Hon. Nnaemeka Aleke, National Publicity Secretary of the Coalition of National Civil Society Organisations (CNCSOs), has extended warm birthday congratulations to Chinedu Francis, popularly known as Edu Tiger, the Chief Executive Officer of Maxi Villa Intercontinental Hotel.
