AASU President’s Aide Condoles with Governor Ododo over Father’s Death

The Senior Special Assistant to the President of the All Africa Students Union (AASU), Otaru Muhammed Onimisi, has extended heartfelt condolences to the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, following the death of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momoh Sanni Ododo.

In a condolence message personally signed and addressed to the Governor, Onimisi described the passing of the elder statesman as a painful and irreparable loss. He urged the Governor and his family to take solace in the will of Almighty Allah while praying for divine mercy upon the deceased.

“It is with profound sadness that I received the news of the demise of your beloved father. Please accept my deepest condolences on this irreparable loss,” the message read. “At this difficult moment, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family. May Almighty Allah, in His infinite mercy, forgive his shortcomings, grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus, and continue to strengthen and console you as you bear this painful loss.”

Onimisi further assured Governor Ododo of his solidarity and support during this period of mourning. “Please be assured of my highest consideration and heartfelt sympathy,” he stated.

Alhaji Ahmed Momoh Sanni Ododo, who passed on at the age of 83, was widely revered in the Ebira community for his humility, generosity, and fatherly role to many beyond his biological family. His death has continued to attract tributes and condolences from across political, social, and community circles in Kogi State and beyond.
