The Chairman of the Chief Ovo Edewor Foundation, Chief Dr. Ogheneovo Edewor (JP), extends his warmest congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Engr Mike Orugbo, Okporua 1, the Ovie of Udu Kingdom, on the occasion of his presentation of the staff of office by the Governor of Delta State.
