Mallam Bashir Ibrahim Ellah has congratulated the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the occasion of the 2026 Eid-el-Adha celebration, praising the governor’s leadership style and ongoing developmental efforts across the state.
In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Ellah described Eid-el-Adha as a sacred season of sacrifice, faith, and obedience, noting that the values symbolized by the Islamic festival are reflected in the governance approach of the Ododo administration.
He commended the governor for what he termed “remarkable developmental strides” in critical sectors of the state economy, including infrastructure, urban renewal, education, healthcare, agriculture, and youth empowerment.
According to him, the administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and delivery of democratic dividends has continued to inspire confidence and renewed hope among the people of Kogi State.
“It is inspiring to witness a government that listens, acts, and delivers,” Ellah stated while applauding the governor’s efforts at promoting unity and development in the state.
He further prayed for divine guidance, strength, and wisdom for Governor Ododo as he continues to pilot the affairs of the state.
“May Almighty Allah accept our sacrifices, grant you renewed strength, wisdom, and good health, and bless your administration with greater success in building a prosperous and united Kogi State,” he said.
Ellah also wished the governor and the people of the state a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration, concluding his message with “Eid Mubarak, Your Excellency.”
