The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Senator Uche Ekwunife has felicitated with Chief Charles Amilo on his 75th birthday.

In a goodwill message, Senator Ekwunife obtained by The Street Reporters Newspaper described the former Commissioner for Information as a man who has remained committed to his political ideologies, and has contributed meaningfully to the advancement of democracy in the State, particularly during his time as a member of the Anambra State House of Assembly.

While lauding the celebrant for his contributions to political causes within and outside the State, Senator Ekwunife expressed delight that Udobodo even as a Septuagenarian has continued to bring his years of experience in politics and public service to bear in the State.

The Senator urged Chief Charles Amilo to remain steadfast in his role as an Elder Statesman who has, over the years shown great interest in advancing the cause of Ndi Igbo.

She prayed for more grace and wisdom upon the celebrant and his family and for God to grant him more years in good health.
