That Fani Kayode Short Fuse… By Agba Jalingo

It is only a dishonest and crooked kind that will associate with and seek validation from a combustible character like FFK (Femi Fani Kayode), who is even still on trial for corruption.

Femi Fani Kayode Short FuseEverything that may or may not have been spent by Governor (Ben) Ayade to bring FFK to Calabar to validate his work has now gone down the drain after just one moment of irresponsibility from a man who prides himself as former this and that.

Unfortunately for him, his acerbism was exhibited in the most unforgivable venue.

Then my hero of the day, Eyo Charles of DailyTrust took the moment in Calabar and asked him a question that has been tormenting the carapace of the minds of many Cross Riverians….who is bank rolling these your trips.

It was an auspicious moment for FFK to crack a joke and say the truth. But hell No! That short fuse again. It went into action again and then exploded.

The press conference came to an abrupt end because of my comrade’s question. What a question! What a journalist! I am so proud of you Charles Eyo.

Continue to spit on the food of the high and mighty who deserve it. Leave those who sat there watching. They simply missed the moment and you took it.

Fani Kayode was in Zamfara few days ago and another journalist asked him the same question about who is bankrolling his trips and he activated his short fuse again and exploded. I have attached the Zamfara video here for your viewing pleasure. But be mindful of the short fuse while viewing.

Fani Kayode is not yet free from his past like he told us. He is still proud of his short fuse. He testified that the blood of Jesus had washed him and made him whole. It appears he will need a second washing.

But in the meantime, let him keep his short fuse elsewhere because in Cross River, we are not only short in statue, our fuses are even shorter than his own, na we dey make am long. If he doubts me, let him ask his host.

Yours sincerely,
Citizen Agba Jalingo
