Member, House of Representatives, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe has commended the members of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in Oluyole Local Government who conducted themselves peacefully during the just concluded Congress.

The Oluyole Federal Constituency Representative thanked these crop of participants from all the wards in her constituency for their tenacity to maintain peace inspite of provocation.

Hon. Tolu Akande-Sadipe, however berated the troublesome nature of some elements who tried to cause trouble during the congress.

“Inspite of the elements who tried to ferment trouble, we thank God no lives were lost during the APC party congress in Oluyole”, she said.

“As per eye witness accounts, in some wards some troublesome elements, whose popularity had waned over time, came with an ulterior motive, brandishing guns, in an attempt to disrupt and kill, but all glory to God their attempt to cause unforetold mayhem failed”, she said gleefully.

APC Congresses were held across the Nation on 31 July 2021, this will usher in new ward excos across the Country.
