The President of the All-Africa Students Union (AASU), H.E. Osisiogu Osikenyi, has lauded the recent promotion of Mr Devakumar V. G. Edwin, now erstwhile Group Executive Director, Strategy, Portfolio Development & Capital Projects to Vice President (Oil & Gas) of the Dangote Industries Group.
This coming on the heels of Official Commencement of Dangote Refineries Operations and commendable strides in bringing the dream of the world’s largest Single Train Refinery to fruition in Africa, under his strict supervision.
“We are delighted to see the Dangote Group reach these significant milestones; as such achievements for our continent demonstrates Mr Edwin’s ability to develop and deliver large Capital Projects as witnessed in the past over three decades.”
The Statement signed by the Union’s President Osisiogu Osikenyi added “We are also elated as we watch the Dangote Refineries ramp up to its full capacity delivering competitive products, local content, availing employment and CSR to the people”.
