Delta State Governor, Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to making the state an attractive destination for investors. Speaking during the presentation of staff of office to the Asagba of Asaba, Professor Epiphany Azinge, the governor emphasized the importance of ensuring that communities and urban centers are safe and secure for domestic and foreign investors.

Governor Oborevwori noted that Asaba has become a city of choice for many people, but warned that the exponential growth of the city also poses security threats. “I note with pleasure that Asaba has become the city of choice for many people who find it a safe place to raise their families,” he said. “However, some undesirable elements are exploiting the exponential growth of the city to infiltrate the city with their own sinister agenda.”
