As Special Adviser to Katsina State Governor on Power and Energy, Dr. Hafiz Ibrahim has earned a reputation not only as a dedicated public servant but also as a compassionate leader whose passion for improving lives has won him widespread admiration across the state.
Widely regarded as a political strategist, educationalist, and humanitarian, Dr. Hafiz Ibrahim has consistently demonstrated that leadership is fundamentally about service, sacrifice, and dedication to the people.
