BENDE, ABIA STATE — Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, popularly known as OFUJI, has urged the people of Bende Federal Constituency to embrace September with renewed hope, unity and determination, describing the new month as a season of harvest, gratitude and fresh opportunities.
Anyaso made the call in his monthly goodwill message to the people of the constituency, in which he encouraged Bende families, friends and constituents to reflect on their efforts since the beginning of the year while preparing for greater achievements in the months ahead.
According to him, the arrival of September represents more than a change in the calendar, describing it as “a significant turning point on our traditional calendar” and the season of the First Harvest.
“This month reminds us that after months of quiet hard work, the time has come to gather the fruits of our labor,” Anyaso said, expressing gratitude to Almighty God for preserving lives and bringing the people safely into the new month.
Drawing inspiration from civil rights leader Malcolm X, who said, “Our tomorrow belongs strictly to the choices and preparation we make today,” OFUJI urged the people of Bende to approach the final quarter of the year with greater focus, preparation and deliberate action.
He encouraged residents to remain optimistic despite the challenges confronting individuals, families and communities, while praying for divine protection in their daily activities.
Anyaso also prayed for breakthroughs in business, career and family life, expressing confidence that the efforts of the people would yield tangible results.
“May every effort you have put in since the start of the year break into undeniable success this month,” he declared.
“May this new season unlock extraordinary opportunities that will elevate your household to higher ground.”
The businessman and political leader further called on the people of Bende to remain united and resilient as they pursue their individual and collective aspirations.
“Let us march forward into these next 30 days with absolute optimism and unity, knowing we have everything it takes to finish this year strong,” he said.
With his message centred on hope, collective progress and the future of the constituency, Anyaso ended with a direct appeal to the people of Bende.
“WALK WITH ME toward a greater, more prosperous Bende,” he declared.
He wished the people of Bende “a peaceful, productive, and highly favored month,” assuring them that his heart and prayers remain with the constituency as the community enters what he described as a new season of visionary progress.
The message comes as political activities continue to gather momentum in Bende ahead of the 2027 general elections, with Anyaso increasingly presenting his public engagement around themes of unity, development, grassroots participation and a shared future for the federal constituency.
