The Senator Philip Aduda posters flood FCT campaign has taken over the Federal Capital Territory. A major support group says the massive display shows readiness for the former senator’s return in 2027.
The Director of Aduda Metre, Hon. Stephen Abraham Ajiya, disclosed this in Abuja on Tuesday. He described the development as organic and people-driven.
Aduda Metre is a foremost campaign support group for the return of Distinguished Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda to the Senate in 2027.
Posters Cover Six Area Councils Of FCT
According to Ajiya, posters of the former Senate Minority Leader have flooded all six area councils. These are AMAC, Bwari, Gwagwalada, Kuje, Kwali and Abaji.
He said the spread is not just about posters. It reflects the people’s resolve and the strength of Aduda’s political structure.
“As we speak, from Area 10 to Kubwa, from Nyanya to Zuba, from Kuje to Abaji, the posters of Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda have flooded the entire Federal Capital Territory. The opposition is nowhere to be found,” Ajiya stated.
He added that the flood of posters shows the love residents have for the former senator. Therefore, it signals commitment ahead of the 2027 elections.
62 Wards Report Positive Response
Ajiya said field reports from coordinators across the 62 wards of the FCT are encouraging. According to him, eligible voters are responding positively.
He noted that market women, youths, traditional rulers, original inhabitants and residents share one message. They want experienced representation back in the Senate.
“They remember his 20 years of modest but impactful representation, his N2.8 billion constituency projects, his empowerment for the people, and his inclusive leadership style,” he added.
Meanwhile, the group said its ward-to-ward engagement will continue. It called on supporters to remain peaceful and issue-based.
2027 About Restoring Effective Representation
Ajiya described Senator Aduda as a son of the soil. He said Aduda understands FCT dynamics deeply. He started as Councillor in 1996. In addition, he served as AMAC Chairman, House of Representatives member and Senate Minority Leader.
He said 2027 is about restoring effective representation for the FCT. Consequently, the movement has started and will continue across the territory.
“2027 is about restoring effective representation for FCT. The movement has started, and there is no stopping it,” he concluded.
