Ex-Adamawa Gov Nyako, Sons, Get Bail

Former Governor of Adamawa State, Admiral Murtala Nyako (rtd) and his son, Abdulaziz, have secured bail from a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
This came two days after they were remanded in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over charges bothering on money laundering.
Ruling on consolidated bail application that was moved by their lawyer, Chief Kanu Agabi, SAN, the trial Justice Evoh Chukwu granted the accused persons bail in the sum of N350million each, with two sureties or alternatively, provide one surety each, who must be a serving Director in any federal government establishment.
