COVID-19 Lockdown: Cooperate with Govt, Security Operatives – CONPA

The President General CONPA, Amb. Uboh Chukwuka Alex has urged people of Ndokwa Nation and Deltans to cooperate with government and security agencies while the COVID-19 lockdown lasts.
In a statement, Amb. Uboh Chukwuka Alex said, “The truth of the matter is that this period is shocking for all of us.
“We’ve not seen anything like this before, and we all have to adjust our lives to fit this new reality. We can only hope that everything dies down soon.
“CONPA (Coalition of Ndokwa peace Ambassadors) urge people of Ndokwa Nation and Deltans to cooperate with security operatives during the 14 days stay at home, as everyone is duty bound to carry out government directives especially in enforcing the restriction of movement”, CONPA stated.
The statement added, “We believe this is an opportunity to recover our essence as humans, to be part of a universal society, to work not only for our benefit but for everyone’s, And start thinking that my neighbor’s wellness is my own.
“We must stay strong and work together to protect everyone, including vulnerable communities and no one can be left behind.
“We call on all of humanity to take inspiration from the acts of solidarity, cooperation & kindness to support the vulnerable among us.
“We humbly stand for peace and prosperity”, the statement read.
