A frontline presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chinedu Jideofo-Ogbuagu, has assured “with utmost respect” to his “brothers and sisters of South East APC who for one reason or another could not declare to contest for Nigeria’s 2023 Presidency, that the zone has a preferred presidential aspirant.”

In a statement on Thursday, the presidential aspirant appealled “to them to support our preferred presidential aspirant, who had to declare on 1st February 2022 to stop ridiculing of the South-East in general and South-East APC in particular – some of them having said that “time never reach” while others said that they were waiting for President Buhari to “appoint them presidential candidate of APC and President of Nigeria!”

He added that “Today is 3rd March 2022 and we hope none of them will later come out to play the spoiler to Chinedu Jideofo-Ogbuagu.

“South-East APC has the only credible and serious presidential aspirant and no one should be allowed to sabotage South-East chance of winning APC presidential ticket and going on to win Nigeria’s Presidency in 2023”, the aspirant said through the Jideofo 2023 Presidential Campaign Movement.
