Nigerians In Ghana Set For The 2022 Youth And Business Summit

Ghana has become home to many Nigerians who are either studying or doing legitimate business , contributing their quota towards the positive projection of Nigeria as a country while doing their part in consolidating on the economy of Ghana.

Due to the need to effectively interface with Nigerians living in Ghana and also let them get updated on relevant information that would aid their stay in the country, Rebrand Nigeria in Ghana Organization (RNIGO), the foremost , consistent and most active pro Nigeria group in Ghana committed to the positive projection of Nigeria in Diaspora would be collaborating with the Nigeria High Commission to organize the 2022 Nigerians in Ghana Youth and Business Summit with the theme – PATHWAYS TO ACCELERATE PROFITABLE DIASPORA TRANS NATIONAL ENGAGEMENT* on Thursday 7th July, 2022 at the Mikaddo Event Center, Labone Junction.

Speaking to our correspondent, Comrade Barry Ndu the President of RNIGO noted that the essence of this unique event is to offer a platform for citizens of Nigeria studying and doing Business in Ghana to interface with relevant authorities on how to consolidate on the peaceful and cordial relationship existing between citizens of these two great countries. He commended H.E. Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas, the Nigerian High Commissioner to Ghana and his wonderful team at the Embassy for their pro activeness and relentless effort in ensuring Nigerians in Ghana live a crisis free life. He assured that all is set for a great event that would leave lasting memories in the minds of all who would attend.

The Youth Advocate urged all Nigerians including Professionals, Business organizations, students, Entrepreneurs, community leaders to avail themselves on the day to ask pertinent questions that would help their stay in the country.

Madam Esther Arewa, Minister at the Nigerian High Commission confirmed that the Embassy would continue to support positive initiatives that would help in ensuring the name of Nigeria is seen in positive light at all times. She urged all to attend ,hoping that it would be a huge success and also achieve its intended goal.

Expected Partners to speak at the event includes the Police, Immigration, Prisons, Customs Division of Ghana Revenue Authority, Ministry of Education, the Nigeria Emassy etc.
