Northern activist and politician, Senator Shehu Sani has reacted to the alleged two billion naira bribe given to the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) by the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi.

A petition circulating online and signed by one Pastor Frank Onwumere had that Peter Obi induced the Christian body with N2 billion to mobilise Christian voters.
But Senator Sani in a tweet said “I don’t think Peter can easily part with N2 Billion.”
He explained that “Last week we met at the ICC Abuja, venue of the NLC delegate congress, even his front pockets have a sealed cover.”
