Accord Party Elects New Leadership As Mgbudem Maxwell Emerges National Chairman
The Accord Party has elected a new National Chairman, Mgbudem Maxwell, and National Working Committee (NWC) members at its national convention in Abuja, monitored by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
They he new leadership is poised to steer the party towards a strong showing in the 2027 general election.
Mgbudem, a seasoned legal practitioner and former Accord National Legal Adviser, pledged to elevate the party to the highest political pedestal, ensuring it becomes synonymous with progress, innovation, and success.
The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) congratulated Mgbudem on his well-deserved victory, expressing confidence in his ability to run an inclusive administration and take the party to the next level.
The new NWC members include Maryam Saleh as Deputy National Chairman, Hon. Adebukola Abiola Ajimobi as National Secretary, and others. With this new leadership, Accord Party is set to become a formidable force in Nigeria’s political landscape.
