The Ministry of Defence has taken a significant step towards enhancing its procurement processes by organizing a three-day technical seminar for its procurement staff.
The training, which commenced on November 8, 2024, focuses on procurement audit, e-Procurement, Performance Management System (PMS), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
According to Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar Kana, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, the seminar aims to improve the overall morale and performance of the staff.
