“This milestone is a testament to Hon. Ajiya’s unwavering dedication, leadership qualities, and the trust reposed in him as a dedicated member of the party,” said Zaccheaus Dauda, Secretary General of the North Central Unity Forum.

The forum commended the PDP leadership for not allowing external forces to succeed in their plot to disqualify Hon. Ajiya. “The party’s decision to clear him for the contest is a victory for democracy and the people of the North Central Zone,” Dauda added. As the PDP prepares for its electoral congress, the North Central Unity Forum urged the party elders and leaders to ensure that the process is free, fair, and credible. “We call on the party leadership to guarantee a level playing field for all contestants, devoid of any form of manipulation or interference,” Dauda emphasized.

Hon. Ajiya’s vision for a greater North Central and a united PDP resonates deeply with the North Central Unity Forum and the overwhelming majority of residents in the North Central states. “His leadership qualities, vision, and dedication to servant leadership make him the ideal candidate for the position,” Dauda noted.

The North Central Unity Forum reassured Hon. Ajiya of their organization’s support and endorsement for the position of PDP North Central Zonal Chairman. “We believe that his exceptional leadership skills, resilience, and commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusivity will bring about the much-needed progress and unity in the North Central Zone,” Dauda concluded.
