CSO Lauds N’Assembly Service Commission for Training Legislative Aides, Commends NASS Clerk
A pan-Nigerian advocacy group, Coalition for Peace, security, Good Governance, Equity and Justice, has hailed the leadership of the National Assembly Service Commission for its commitment to human capital development.
In a statement signed by its National Coordinator, Comrade James Okoronkwo, the group commended the Chairman of the Commission, Ahmed Kadi Amshi, for “quality service delivery of the key workforce of the National Assembly.”
Comrade Okoronkwo, who described Ahmed as “a rare breed who is changing positively the fortunes of the National Assembly with patriotic gusto,” said that the “commencement of the training of the legislative aides to Senators and House of Representatives members on basic law-making processes and procedures by the National Assembly Service Commission will improve the skills and working conditions of legislative aides.
“Ahmed is a Management prodigy imbued with human kindness and humility, and fully committed to improving the skills and working conditions of the National Assembly legislative aides.”
In the same vein, the group commended the acting Clerk of the National Assembly, Mr. Sani Magaji Tambuwal, for his unwavering devotion to human capital development and industrial harmony in the National Assembly.”
Meanwhile the ‘group has appealled to the management of the management of the National Assembly to joint forces with the acting Clerk to enhance legistature as well as to sustain nationals development.
