CFR: Hon. Idachaba Congratulates Attah Igala On National Honours Award

Kogi State Commissioner For Culture and Tourism, Hon Salifu Isah Idachaba, has congratulated the Chairman of Igala Area Traditional Council and President of the Kogi State Council of Chiefs, His Royal Majesty, Dr. Mathew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa II on the conferment of the Nigeria’s Special National Honours Award, the “Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (CFR)” on the monarch by the Federal Government.

Describing the award on the royal father as a 59th birthday gift, in a statement on Tuesday, the Commissioner noted that “being No.16 on the list of the 75 nominees in this category is in recognition of your quality and meaningful contribution at fostering a consistent peaceful co-existence amongst the three senatorial districts in the complex Confluence, Kogi State of Nigeria.”

Hon. Idachaba said that “Your Royal Majesty’s handling of domestic issues in your dormain and uniting the Kogi TRIPOD called EBIGO is making waves across the globe as Igalas at home and in the diaspora are in love with your simplified humble and refined leadership model, pushing our tradition and cultural values nortches up.”

He added, “Gaabaidu, Your Majesty’s resolves to quickly bring all Igalas together to understand, appreciate and sink their differences for a holistic development of the kingdom is unrivalled and highly salutory.

“May your Reign and this National rewarding Award be the beginning of the enthronement of Igalas wherever we are and in whatever vocations our hands lay on.

“Congratulations once more wishing Your Majesty more International peace Ambassador awards in the years ahead to the glory of God and in service to the Igala kingdom in particular Acheee. Gaabaidu”, Hon. Idachaba said.
