Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umar Radda, has been celebrated as the “Champion Governor of the Year” by the Arewa Youths for Effective Leadership, representing the 19 northern states.
This prestigious recognition underscores Governor Radda’s transformative leadership and unwavering dedication to the progress of Katsina State.
Malam Ibrahim Musa Kallah, the Chairman of the group, commended Governor Radda’s administration, which commenced on May 29, 2023. He highlighted the governor’s strategic formation of committees aimed at accelerating the state’s development. These initiatives have already begun to yield tangible results, with significant projects underway to enhance infrastructure, education, healthcare, and security.
Kallah lauded Governor Radda’s efforts in making Katsina State a beacon of development. He pointed to the state’s advancements in road construction, water supply, agricultural growth, quality education, and improved security measures. He confidently predicted that Katsina State would achieve full development by 2027.
