Umuahia, Abia State – Frontline House of Representatives candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chima Anyaso, has reiterated the importance of strong family values and stable marriages as the bedrock of national development while joining other prominent dignitaries at the 19th Anniversary of the Singles and Married International Fellowship in Umuahia, Abia State.
The anniversary celebration, hosted by Dr. Chioma Ibezim, Ph.D., brought together singles, married couples and families for a series of teachings, interactive sessions and discussions aimed at promoting healthy marriages, building godly homes and strengthening family values.
Addressing participants at the event, Dr. Anyaso commended the organizers for sustaining the fellowship’s mission over the past 19 years and expressed appreciation for the invitation and warm reception extended to him.
He also paid glowing tribute to his elder brother, Dr. Uche Ogah (Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah), acknowledging his invaluable support during the formative years of his business career.
“I am especially grateful to my elder brother, Dr. Uche Ogah, Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, whose support and encouragement played a significant role in my early business journey. Your impact will always be remembered and appreciated,” Anyaso said.
The Bende federal constituency hopeful urged married couples to remain steadfast in nurturing their relationships, stressing that enduring homes are essential for building a peaceful and prosperous society.
He encouraged spouses to stand by one another through life’s challenges, preserve the unity of their homes and raise their children with love, faith and integrity.
According to him, strong families remain the foundation upon which strong communities and a stronger nation are built.
The event concluded with special prayers for families across Nigeria, as participants sought divine guidance for peaceful and united homes.
In her closing remarks, the host, Dr. Chioma Ibezim, underscored the need for families to uphold godly values, describing love, unity and mutual understanding as indispensable ingredients for national growth and social stability.
She offered prayers for every home, expressing hope that peace, love and understanding would continue to flourish in families across the country.
