Birthday Anniversary is all about reflection of the past, accessment of the present and prediction of the future.
The electoral process that led to Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola’s emergence as the Executive Governor of Osun State in 2018 was highly rigorous but at the end of the day, the word of God Almighty came to pass. “Ileri Oluwa” ti se.
When hope seemed to be lost during the “bumper to bumper Osun 2018 Election”, God kept on reminding us of his word and at the end, testimony followed.
We must thank God that your 8 year experience as Chief of Staff, your good reputation and deep knowledge in Accounting have really helped your mission in ensuring monumental consolidation of those laudable achievements of the last Administration headed by the immediate past Governor and the new age Oranmiyan of Yorubaland, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, now the Hon Minister of Interior.
There is a clear indication that the future of Osun State is brighter under your able Leadership.
We are thanking God for the good People of Osun State because the story would have been so different if the result of election was contrary to what they got in 2018.
It’s on this note, we are rolling out the drums and blowing the trumpets to celebrate a Political Icon, People’s Governor and Ileri Oluwa of Yorubaland at 67, while raising our voice in concert to say “Many Happy Returns!”.
Esin Oba a je Oko pe o. Igba Odun, Odun Okan!
As we celebrates Nigeria @ 61 today, may God continue to bless the founding fathers and bring their complete vision into reality as soon as possible.
We thank God that regardless of various security, economic and political challenges that are confronting the Nation, our unity is still very much intact and preciously valued by the majority of Nigerians.
The Enemies of the Nation really wish otherwise but God didn’t answer them. Ota o ba yo wa, sugbon Olorun ko je. To Him be the glory. May He continue to help Nigeria. “United we stand, divided we fall”.
It is our belief that every patriotic Person must think on which idea he or she will bring to the Roundtable to make Nigeria better because there is no place like home and we must not hesitate to criticise the Government of the day constructively when need arises.
