Nepotism Gives Comfort ONLY To Inept Leader, However The Justification

Nepotism kills the conscience and reduces the association of the Soul of those humans involved with nature’s ripples. It severs their contact with the Holy Spirit within as a result of the awful acts, however, they pretend to exhibit good intentions over such deeds, which are all fake, self-serving and ill-intended.
The consequences are often unpleasant in the long-run and incredible as it goes against the tide of nature for holding away those who earn their due.
This is so because the act itself breeds bias and encourages incompetence due to the lack of merit in its undertakings.
Let it be known that the Lord God Almighty, judges us according to our minds and not by whatever it is we say.
Our minds are known to the Lord that operates in the void as a Ghost and Holy, part of whose nature is synonymous with what is known as the “Soul” which constitutes the “being” in everything that has life in it; into existence.
Therefore everything that has life in it, especially human beings, operates under the radar and microscope of the Lord as the “Soul in humans” working in tandem with the Holy Spirit which doubles as the conscience in man.
So no one can escape the impenetrable wrath of the Lord in time if you are indifferent to its “Will”.
And Nepotism is one such deviance as a coated evil act laced with sentiments.
Nepotism is the hash part of tribalism because it discriminates deep and full of ingratitude and throws up unfair judgments towards merits and disregard for competence. And cares-less how it feels.
Those who get involved in it are guilty of ineptitude and have ego problems if deeply scrutinised about the situation.
Because, those who glorify it, believe that those from their tribe or ethnic group would be more amenable towards their deficiencies and hidden agenda and will be willing to tolerate or do their bidding without question.
Those are the impetus that drives such ugly, insensitive and crude behaviour over the good intentions of those who fall victim to the deceit of their nepotistic allies, however the justification.
Therefore the truth remains that whatever you do, good or bad, no matter the pretence and the applaud from accomplices and beneficiaries alike, live after you.
