2023: Peter Obi Is A Movement To Beat, Taking Over Northern States – Ex-Buhari’s Aide, Bashir Ahmad Confesses

A former aide to President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad who contested for the House of Representative seat on the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) ahead of the 2023 election has confessed that the Peter Obi is a movement to beat in the 2023 presidential election, taking over more 75 percent of some key northern states. L
The former Personal Assistant to the President, said that nobody is talking about
other candidates anymore.
Bashir Ahmad tweeted on his verified twitter handle, saying “Let me confess, the name Peter Obi alone is a movement to beat, I was in Kano over the weekend and
to my surprise everywhere is PO, nobody is talking about other candidates anymore
and a friend told me that it’s a similar story in Katsina. LP is getting 75% – 80% in those
states.”
The Street Reporters Newspaper recalls that the Director of Publicity and Advocacy of the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed had after a meeting with Mr. Obi, tweeted that “I spent valuable time with Mr Peter Obi this morning. I wish those who see him as an ethnic candidate can get to know him better. I also wish those who try to sell him will tone down his ethnic identity. I hope the nation will see the candidates up close, we could see a revolution.”
Also, on his part, the Convener of the Northern Elders’ Forum (NEF), Prof Ango Abdullahi, had told journalists unequivocally that neither Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) nor Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) can fix Nigeria’s challenges.
