Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umar Radda, has been celebrated as the “Champion Governor of the Year” by the Arewa Youths for Effective Leadership, representing the 19 northern states.

Malam Ibrahim Musa Kallah, the Chairman of the group, commended Governor Radda’s administration, which commenced on May 29, 2023.
